What personal data we collect and why we collect it

In order for us to create plans, track your progress and offer you the best coaching possible we ask and collect personal information through contact forms, consultation form, email and tracking apps.
We only ask for the information necessary in order for us to provide our service.
The security of your information is important to us and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

MEDIA

Contact forms are the main way we collect your data as our consultation form is a contact form, this information is vital in the understanding of you and the creation of your program/plan.

How long we retain your data

All personal information shared with us for the purpose of creating programs/plans, tracking programs/plans or relaying progress reports is retained by us for the length of your program. On completion of your time with us your information and reports is stored for your records in the event of you resigning or staring another program/plan with Raising The Bar. 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you are a client of Raising The Bar, signed up to our mailing list or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
